Frequently asked questions
My laptop has become very slow. Is it worth fixing?
Often yes. The usual causes are a full or aging disk, too many startup programs or malware. After diagnostics we tell you whether cleanup, an SSD or more memory will help, or whether a new machine makes more sense.
Will I lose my files if you reinstall Windows?
We back up your files before reinstalling and copy them back afterwards. We can try to recover accidentally deleted files, but without a guarantee. We do not recover data from physically damaged disks.
Can you set up a computer I bought myself?
Yes. We install updates and the programs you need, set up email and backups, connect the printer and move data from your old computer.
Do you help remotely?
Software issues, settings and some malware cases can be handled over a remote connection. For hardware repairs and upgrades, you bring the computer to a place we agree on in advance.
Can you set up several workstations for an office?
Yes. We set up the computers to one standard, connect them to the network, printers and shared folders and create accounts for each employee.
Do you work outside Phuket?
On-site visits are mainly in Phuket. Other cities in Thailand are possible by arrangement, and many software problems can be solved remotely.
