Server administration in Phuket — Linux and Windows
We install and configure servers, set up user accounts, shared folders and remote desktop, and look after the servers you already have — in your office or in a data center.
- Linux and Windows Server
- Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and file servers
- Regular updates, checks and maintenance
A server that does its job quietly
In a small company the server is often set up once by someone who has since left, and nobody remembers how it works. Updates are skipped, disks fill up and passwords sit in a notebook. Everything runs — until the day it does not.
We take over such servers or build new ones. On Windows Server we set up Active Directory with one login per employee, shared folders with proper permissions and remote desktop for working from home. On Linux we run web and application servers, file storage and internal services.
After the work you get a server that is updated, monitored and described in plain words — what runs on it, where the backups are and how to get in.

Frequently asked questions
Do we even need a server, or is the cloud enough?
It depends on the team size and the software you use. For many small offices cloud services are enough; a local server makes sense for shared files, accounting systems or programs that need one. We help you decide before you buy anything.
Our server was set up by someone else. Can you take it over?
Yes. We check what is installed and how it is configured, record passwords and settings in a handover document, fix urgent problems and then maintain the server.
Can you manage a server remotely?
Yes, most administration is done remotely — for servers in your office, in a data center or in the cloud, for clients across Thailand. We come on site in Phuket when hardware work is needed.
What is regular maintenance?
Installing updates, checking disks, free space, logs and backups, and responding to alerts before they turn into failures. The schedule is agreed with you.
Can staff work on the office server from home?
Yes, through remote desktop (RDP). We set it up behind a VPN so the server is not exposed to the internet.
