Who we are

Andaman IT provides IT and low-⁠voltage services in Phuket, Thailand. This policy explains how this website handles personal data under the Thai Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). For any question about your data, write to privacy@andaman-it.com.

What we collect

The website has no forms and no accounts. Cloudflare, our hosting provider, counts visits to the pages without cookies and without identifying you. With your consent we also collect usage statistics (pages visited, buttons clicked, the ad that brought you here) through Google Analytics and advertising tags.

Messages

When you write to us (WhatsApp, Telegram, order@andaman-it.com), we receive what you send and your contact details: phone number or username in the messaging app, or your email address. We use them only to answer you and to carry out the work you request.

Cookies

Analytics and advertising cookies are used only after you allow them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.

How long we keep data

We keep messages for as long as we work with you and then as long as needed for warranty questions and accounting. Statistics are kept for no more than 14 months.

Sharing and transfer abroad

We do not sell personal data. Messages and statistics are processed by the services we use — WhatsApp and Meta, Telegram, Google, Cloudflare and our email provider — under their own policies; their servers may be outside Thailand. Analytics and advertising data are sent only with your consent.

Your rights

You may ask us what data we hold about you, ask to correct or delete it, or withdraw your consent. Write to privacy@andaman-it.com or through any of the channels on this site. You may also file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee of Thailand (PDPC).
